Calze G.T. S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Law of January 9, 2004, n. 4 ("Stanca Law"), as amended by Legislative Decree August 10, 2018, n. 106, and in implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree May 27, 2022, n. 82.
This declaration applies to the website www.farmacell.com in its Italian and English versions.
Compliance Status
The website www.farmacell.com is partially compliant with the requirements specified in Annex A of the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standard, equivalent to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, in application of the transitional regime for pre-existing services referred to in the following point.
Inaccessible Content
a) Non-compliance
The website is provided through an e-commerce platform that has been in operation for years prior to the entry into force of the obligations introduced by Legislative Decree 82/2022. A formal technical assessment of compliance with WCAG 2.1 level AA requirements has not yet been completed. Any areas of non-compliance will be identified, described and reported in subsequent updates to this declaration.
b) Transitional regime for pre-existing services
Pursuant to Article 32 of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Article 25 of Legislative Decree May 27, 2022, n. 82, the website www.farmacell.com, as a service already provided continuously before June 28, 2025, benefits from the transitional period until June 28, 2030 for adaptation to accessibility requirements.
c) Content outside the scope of applicable legislation
This declaration does not cover embedded content from third-party sources over which the service provider does not exercise direct control, nor the interfaces of payment services managed by third parties.
Preparation of the Declaration
This declaration was prepared on 09/01/2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the service provider.
The declaration will be reviewed at least annually, by September 23 of each year, and following any substantial modifications to the website that may affect compliance with accessibility requirements.
